30 minsIncludes:
- 30 min appointment to review progress
- Any prescriptions (if applicable)
- Custom letter (approx. 1 to 1.5 pages) within 1 week
- 60 min review appointments available if you prefer
For patient safety, a 30 min review appointment is required every 6 months at a minimum if medication involved, or required every 12 months at a minimum if no medication involved. View our Continuation of Care Policy.

- Between appointments: contact us for fees. During titration period you may need to request several prescriptions

Other Fees
Special Letter
- All appointments contain a letter free of charge
- However if you require a special letter for a specific purpose there will be an additional fee

Collection Agency Fees
- Failure to pay for any appointments or fees due may result in legal action being taken against you in order to recover the outstanding amount.
- We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to the use of collection agencies and legal proceedings.
Late Payments: $50 fee / $100 fee
- We require payment in full within 14 calendar days of an appointment. Otherwise the following late payment fees will be applied:
- > 14 calendar days and < 28 calendar days after an appointment
$50 late payment fee - > 28 calendar days
Additional $100 very late payment fee; hence $150 in total
- > 14 calendar days and < 28 calendar days after an appointment
Self-funding
If self-funding then a GP referral letter is welcomed but not mandatory
If you have not pre-paid for an appointment, then payment will be automatically taken from your registered debit/credit card after the appointment.
We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
We do not accept cash, bank transfers nor cheques.
Insurance
Patients are responsible for payment of all fees, it is your responsibility to check with your insurer prior to any fee being incurred so as to ascertain whether you are provided any coverage, and whether (or not) there is any excess or co-payment due.

Direct Claim (No admin fee)
- You arrange the claim directly with your insurer, providing your insurer with our receipts

Indirect Claim (admin fee per appointment)
- We lodge your claim on your behalf, only if your clinician is specifically registered with your particular insurer
- Our admin fee is added to each appointment that is part of the claim. This fee covers your clinician’s and our time in liaising with your insurer

Disclaimer
- It is your responsibility to ensure your level of cover is adequate
- Your insurer will likely require a GP referral letter to be arranged in advance of any assessment with us
- You are responsible for any uninsured fees
- Insurers do not cover late cancellation fees or ‘did not attend’ fees, any such occasions will be payable in full by yourself

Reschedule & Cancellation Fees
All Appointments
If you wish to either reschedule the time or date, or cancel an appointment (whether a review appointment or an assessment appointment), then the following fees apply:
- If >= 3 business days notice: 0% fee
- If < 3 business days notice: 100% of the appointment fee
Emergency Appointments
Our centre does not offer emergency appointments.
In case of an emergency please either:
- attend your nearest hospital
- attend your GP for an emergency appointment
- phone ‘000’ within Australia
